Advantage Gripware does not
require a minimum purchase. Credit Card purchases under $100.00 not including
shipping and handling will incur a $5.00 processing fee.
Due to the high cost of boxes, and labor, all orders under $150.00 net will
incur a $6.00 packaging charge.

CREDIT ACCOUNT TERMS |
As a manufacturer, our customers rely on our having a large
inventory on hand. To be able to maintain this, we must be able to collect our
receivables within the 30 day terms we offer. We expect that our customers respect
these terms when they open an account with us and are asked to acknowledge the terms as
part of obtaining a credit account.
If an account goes beyond 30 days, an interest charge of
1.5% per month is added.
When an account becomes delinquent, any courtesy discounts granted
to Dealers, Rental Houses and Professionals will be revoked and all open invoices will
revert to List Price. Ten days after final notification, the account will be
turned over to an attorney for collection. Attorneys fees and collection expenses
will be added to the amount due.

** We will accept credit cards for payment only
at the time of order. Payment by credit card after that time will incur a 5%
surcharge.

RETURNS |
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number, and then only if the
shipment is prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused. The Return
Authorization expires if the merchandise is not received by us within 10 days of issuance.
Merchandise not returned in absolute new condition and in its
original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Shipping charges, packing & handling charges and credit card processing
fees are not refundable!
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Defective products may be returned within 5 days
of receipt with a Return Authorization Number and the returned shipment must be
prepaid. Upon verification that the product is defective, a replacement of the same
product will immediately be shipped, freight prepaid by us. We will also credit the
return freight.

SHIPPING |
All shipments are F.O.B. Roanoke, Alabama unless otherwise noted, with the purchaser
assuming responsibility of all shipping and insurance charges.
Size permitting, most of our shipments within the
U.S. are made via UPS. When another carrier is requested, pick up arrangements are
the responsibility of the customer. We have had problems with FedEx Ground
reliability for pickups in our area. For larger shipments, we often ship by common
carrier (Truck LTL)
Our truck rates are hard to beat!
International orders can only be shipped
via customer's freight account.
All shipments are insured at the customer's
expense.
We add a 10% service charge to all pre-paid
shipments.
Due to the number of 48x48's damaged
in shipment, there will be an additional $10.00 packaging charge on each
48x48 box shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Facts about Small Package
Carriers
Packages with a total girth+length of
64" or less are considered standard and ship at actual weight for ground service.
Oversize - These packages have a
girth+length of 64" or more and ship at a minimum of 30lbs or actual weight, which
ever is greater.
Oversize 2 - When a package is over
64" but under 130" total girth+length, they are considered Oversize 2 and ship
for a minimum of 70 lbs. or actual weight, which ever is greater.
The Facts about Oversize 3
UPS is now offer a new service which is
known as Oversize 3. This service allows a package that is larger than 130"
combined (girth+length) but less than 165", to be shipped via small package
carriers. The catch is that a 48"x48"x5" standard 4x4 Scrim Box will
ship as 90lbs, plus an additional "handling
fee" of $30 to $40 dollars. The actual average weight is usually less than 50
lbs. This brings the average cost to about $75.00 to $90.00 per box!
Please keep this in mind when ordering small quantities of 48x48's.

SHIPPING TERMS |
Our responsibility ends upon delivery of goods to the freight carrier. Any loss or
damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and the recipient is
advised to note any visible damage on the bill of lading, prior to signing for the
shipment and to notify the carrier immediately upon discovering hidden damage.
When shipments that are signed for without
noting damage on the Bill of Lading, it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a damage claim paid.
Please inform your receiving personnel of
this!
We add a 10% service charge on all prepaid
shipments.

All claims for short shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
Please note that all orders are pulled and packed by different employees in order to avoid
mistakes.

BINDING WARRANTY |
Advantage Gripware uses 200 denier polyurethane coated binding on all
Open End Scrims, Solid Frame Scrims and Flags, Cutters & Floppies.
This binding is less bulky than the polypropylene webbing used by other manufacturers but
last as long under normal set conditions.
We guarantee it!
Should the binding wear out (under
normal use) before the primary fabric, we will replace it free!
