Hal Barnes (left), Loet C. Barnstijn's son was a sound editor in Hollywood. 
Hal was honored with  "Golden Reel" awards for "The Great Race" in 1966 and for "Bonnie and Clyde" in 1968.
He also received  "Golden Scissors" awards for each of those films.
