1.) Items purchased from discountgrip
maybe returned up to 5 days after receipt with a return authorization number.
Product(s) must be returned in their original containers with all packaging materials
included. Returns must be shipped back to us pre-paid and insured. If the
merchandise returns to us damaged, we will refuse the package. Upon inspection and
approval of contents, we will credit your charge card for the amount of the purchased
products returned only.
Packing & Handling Charges and shipping charges will not be refunded.

2.) All prices shown on discountgrip
are NET and do not include P&H or shipping. Payment may be made
by Credit Card (American Express, Visa or Master Card), with a signed Authorization Form
via Fax. If you don't have access to a fax machine, payment will have to be made by
check or money order. In the case of checks, shipment will be made only after the
check has cleared our bank. If item ordered is in short supply, we will hold the
item for two (2) days for the check or money order to arrive, if not received by close of
business on the second day, item will be sold to the next buyer and any funds that arrive
late will be returned.

3.) All Shipments are F.O.B.
warehouse, with shipping charges to be included in the payment, or shipment will be made
C.O.D. with the customer paying C.O.D. charges. All items are packaged properly,
however items damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4.) All sales are "first
come, first served" and are limited to quantities on hand. No backorders,
rainchecks or holds.

5.) All orders will incur a $ 10.00 Packing & Handling Charge in
addition to the Shipping Charges.
